Ce wiki est un clone complet (XML dump) de "Heroes Wiki", le principal wiki dédié à la saga Heroes qui a été définitivement arrêté depuis le 1er juin 2020. L'objectif de ce wiki est de garder en ligne (et enrichir) une base de données exhaustive sur la franchise.

Hey, Desperate July. I saw the cool portal you made. Is it possible to use images that already exist on the main wiki? That way, if we update the picture (which will most certainly happen with Claire's image, for instance), then the image will automatically update on this wiki. If it's a matter of wanting the image to be a different size, that can be easily fixed in the template. Let me know what you think. Ryangibsonstewart 3 août 2007 à 23:16 (EDT)

I've uploaded new pictures for this portail (with other names than the ones used on the main wiki) and with partuclar size. So they won't be updated ... I think and I hope lol. Desperate July 4 août 2007 à 04:29 (EDT)

  • I'm thinking of doing some advertising of the wiki targeted towards French visitors. One ad I use for the English site says: "Everything you want to know about NBC's hit show Heroes." Could you translate this into French or give me a good French equivalent so I can purchase advertising for French readers?       • I'm really sorry, I forgot it....
        First, I think we can't use "NBC" in this ad because french viewers don't know this channel. However, choose a channel will be very complicated because (sorry if i do a mistake) it's not a french version but a french-speaking person version. So, there are many channels : TF1 in France, RTL-TVI in Belgium, TSR1 in Switzerland, ...
        If we put off the part with the channel : "Tout ce que vous avez toujours voulu savoir sur Heroes".
        If you want to specify Heroes is a TV show : "Tout ce que vous avez toujours voulu savoir sur la série événement Heroes".

        • I like the second one where it mentions it's a television series, but it's a little too long for Google ads. Are there any words that can be omitted like "vous" and still make sense? I know in spanish for instance you can often leave off certain pronouns because they are implicit based on the verb conjugation. Not sure if it's the case here, too.           • Unfortunately, in French, you can't leave off pronouns... But if you want to shorten the sentence, you can leave off "événement" : "Tout ce que vous avez toujours voulu savoir sur la série Heroes".
            If you want to shorten and keep "événement" : "Tout sur la série événement Heroes".

Salut! Je suis prête à faire de la traduction d'articles pour aider, par contre je n'ai jamais travaillé sur un wiki mais j'ai bien l'intention d'apprendre vite. :) Comment je m'y prends?
